Journal of Dispute Resolution

The Journal is currently soliciting articles related to alternative dispute resolution topics. Specific subjects of interest include arbitration, negotiation, mediation, online dispute resolution, and other topics related to extra-judicial conflict management and resolution. The Journal does not have a word or page limit, but generally publishes articles under 50 pages. Articles are reviewed for publication in either the Fall or Spring issue.
